You can borrow against your jewellery with a loan term of up to six months. The amount we can offer depends on our valuation of your items. Loans may be paid in cash or by bank transfer; please note that cash payments are subject to limits.

Interest is charged daily, so you only pay for the days your loan is actually outstanding. For example, if you pawn an item on the 1st of the month and redeem it on the 25th, you pay interest only for the days up to redemption — not for the full term.

Regulation

Pawnbroking loans are governed by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). Specific requirements for completion and management of such loans are set out by the act and its amendments.

Customer recording details comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

Under the Money Laundering Act, the Company takes care to ensure that you have title to the assets you wish to use as security for a Loan.
